Getting Started

TableAura is a dining platform app that connects Diners with restaurants through personalized deals and a cashback rewards system. When you pay for your meals through the TableAura app at participating restaurants, you earn cashback rewards that can be redeemed at any participating restaurant for future dining.
Simply download the TableAura app from the App Store or Google Play Store, create your profile, and start exploring restaurants and deals in your area.
Currently, TableAura is launching in the Austin Metropolitan area. We have plans to expand to other Texas cities like Dallas and Houston, followed by major U.S. cities with vibrant food scenes.

Rewards & Cashback

When you pay for your meal through the TableAura app at participating restaurants, you automatically earn cashback rewards. The amount varies based on current promotions and the specific restaurant.
Cashback percentages vary by restaurant and current promotions. You’ll see the cashback rate for each restaurant in the app before you dine, so you always know how much you’ll earn.
Cashback is earned after you complete your purchase and calculated on your subtotal in this order:
  • Restaurant promotions/discounts are applied first.
  • Any previously earned TableAura rewards you choose to redeem are deducted.
  • Cashback is calculated on the remaining subtotal (excluding taxes, tips, and service charges)
Example: Your meal costs $100, you get a 10% restaurant discount ($90), then apply $5 in previously earned TableAura rewards ($85). Your cashback is calculated on the $85 subtotal and will be available for your next purchase.
You can earn cashback on any purchase amount greater than $0, no matter how small your order. However, some special offers or promotional deals may have minimum transaction amounts to earn extra or bonus cashback rates.
Your earned cashback rewards can be redeemed at any participating TableAura restaurant toward your next purchase. Unlike traditional single-restaurant loyalty programs, your rewards work across our entire restaurant network.
When paying for a meal through the TableAura app, you’ll have the option to apply your available cashback rewards to reduce your bill. You can use all or part of your rewards balance.
Yes, cashback rewards expire after 90 days. However, any activity through the TableAura app – whether earning new cashback, spending rewards, or making a purchase – automatically extends your expiration date to 90 days from that activity.
Yes! Your current cashback rewards balance is always visible in the TableAura app, along with a history of rewards earned and redeemed.

Technical & Privacy

Absolutely. TableAura uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your financial information. We partner with trusted payment processors and never store your complete payment details on our servers.
We use your location to show you nearby restaurants and relevant deals. You can control location sharing in your app settings, and we’re transparent about how your data is used for personalization.
Yes! You have complete control over your privacy settings and can adjust how your data is used for personalized recommendations and marketing in the app settings.

Currently, TableAura is focused on the Austin market. As we expand to other cities, your account and rewards will work seamlessly across all TableAura markets.

How TableAura Works

At participating restaurants, open the TableAura app when you’re ready to pay your bill. The app will process your payment using your linked payment method (credit card or digital wallet) and automatically calculate your cashback rewards.
You can link credit cards and debit cards to your TableAura account for seamless payments at participating restaurants.
You can browse participating restaurants, view their profiles, and see available deals anytime. However, to earn cashback rewards, you need to pay for your meal through the TableAura app.

Restaurant Network & Deals

We’re continuously growing our network of participating restaurants across Austin’s diverse dining scene, from casual eateries to fine dining establishments.
The app shows you real-time, location-based deals from nearby restaurants. You’ll also receive push notifications for time-sensitive offers and deals at restaurants that match your preferences.
You’ll find various offers including enhanced cashback rates, and limited-time promotions from our restaurant partners.
All participating restaurants are listed in the TableAura app. You can search by location, cuisine type, or browse our full restaurant directory.

Personalization

TableAura learns your dining preferences, favorite cuisines, and dining habits to show you relevant restaurant recommendations and deals. The more you use the app, the better it gets at suggesting places you’ll love.
Yes! During signup and anytime in your profile settings, you can specify dietary preferences, favorite cuisines, and other dining preferences to help us personalize your experience.
You can choose to receive notifications about deals and special offers from your favorite restaurants and restaurants that match your preferences.

Using TableAura at Restaurants

Simply pay through the TableAura app when you’re ready to settle your bill. The restaurant will process your payment normally, and you’ll automatically earn your cashback rewards.
All of our participating restaurants are trained on the TableAura system. If you encounter any issues, ask to speak with a manager who should be able to help you. You can also contact our customer support team later to report the issue so we can follow up with the restaurant.
Yes! The TableAura app includes tipping functionality, so you can handle your entire payment including tip through the platform.

Account Management

Go to your profile settings in the app to add, remove, or update your linked payment methods anytime.
Yes! You can update your dietary preferences, favorite cuisines, and other dining preferences anytime in your profile settings.
Your earned rewards remain in your account according to our terms of service. Check the app for specific expiration policies.
